Graham Robertson Called 1983
Mr Roberston was called to the Scottish Bar in 1983 and the English
Bar in 1991. He specialises in Criminal Law and has been instructed
in a number of high profile cases including the Peterhead Prison
Riot trial, the Orkney Child Abuse inquiry and the more recent E
Coli inquiry. He is engaged in regular High Court practice principally
in Edinburgh and Glasgow. He has a first degree in Microbiology and
has an interest in both Intellectual Property Law and Food Safety
Law. He has assisted on many occasions providing advice in various
areas of Scottish Law in relation to 'cross border issues'.
Margaret Holt Called 1978
Miss Holt undertakes paperwork only, specialising in Landlord and Tenant
and other property-related issues. Prior to commencing practice at
the independent Bar, Miss Holt was employed as Deputy Borough Solicitor
/ Head of Legal Services by Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council.
She also worked for many years as a Legal Adviser in the voluntary sector.
Mary Crean Called 1996
Miss Crean has a broad based Criminal and Family Law practice. She
undertakes Prosecution and Defence work at all levels. She also has
considerable experience in Family Law work. In recent years Miss Crean
has developed a particular interest in Immigration and Asylum matters
and regularly appears before Immigration Appeal Tribunals.
