Nigel Beeson

Nigel prosecutes and defends at all levels from the magistrates court to the Court of Appeal. He deals with Anti-Social Behaviour orders and Closure orders (including appeals), Health and Safety matters, Trading Standards and environmental matters. He also undertakes defence and prosecution work in Local Authority matters – Building Regulations, tipping and fly-posting. His practice also includes proceedings relating to road traffic offences (serious RTA's, unsafe/overloaded vehicles and the Construction and Use Regulations). He has also undertaken Revenue and Customs proceedings, including Confiscation hearings.

His civil practice includes housing matters, Personal Injury and breach of contract (especially on technical matters such as electrical and mechanical engineering disputes).

In addition to being a barrister, Nigel is also a director of a rolling stock leasing company.
